This Privacy Policy applies to services and offerings provided by Rise & Shine Management, LLC, including our Azure Marketplace offer for deploying Avalanche Validator Nodes on Ubuntu 24.04 using AvalancheGo.
We are committed to protecting privacy and aligning with global data protection principles.

2. Data Collection and Processing

Rise & Shine Management, LLC does not collect, store, or process personally identifiable information (PII) through our services or applications. Specifically:

• The Azure Marketplace offer deploys a virtual machine into the customer’s Azure subscription.

• We do not collect telemetry, diagnostic data, or any other form of user data.

• We do not access, transmit, or retain any client data.

All data generated or stored on the VM remains under the customer’s control.

3. Compliance and Standards

Rise & Shine Management, LLC is not formally audited for GDPR or ISO/IEC 27018 compliance. However, we align with the principles of these standards, including data minimization, transparency, and user control.

4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for configuring and securing their deployed virtual machines. Any data stored or processed on those machines is managed solely by the customer and is not accessible to Rise & Shine Management, LLC.

5. Third-Party Software

This offer includes AvalancheGo, an open-source software maintained by Ava Labs. Users are encouraged to review AvalancheGo’s own privacy and licensing terms available at AvalancheGo GitHub Repository.

6. Microsoft Azure Privacy and Data Handling

This offer is deployed into the customer’s Microsoft Azure subscription. All infrastructure, data, and access controls are managed by the customer within Azure. For information on how Microsoft handles data within Azure, including compliance with GDPR and ISO/IEC 27018, please refer to the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Microsoft Trust Center.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted at www.rns.partners/privacypolicy with a revised effective date.
